CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Class Schedule Breakdown
Child Development Program
We have divided our age group to better teach skills children are building at a specific age and stages of development.
Tiny Tigers (Ages 3-4): Children between the ages of 3 and 4 are building early fundamental skills necessary to participate in sports. Those early skills are: kicking, punching, blocking, crawling, hopping, running, rolling, and catching. These gross motor skills will help them build the muscles needed to apply to the fundamental skills of the Tiny Tigers Class.
Lil' Ninjas (Ages 5-6): Children between the ages 5 and 6 are now building more fundamental skills. Those basic skills are: focus, teamwork, control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness, and coordination. Because the average child within this age group does not yet have proper development of these skills, they tend to struggle in traditional Martial Arts training. That’s why we have them separated from older children and provide them with their own curriculum that targets their stage of development.
Junior White Belts
